I am a hardworking, impact-driven individual whose career focus is to have a positive effect on society through educating and empowering people. My customer success philosophy is to deliver phenomenal experiences to clients. I believe that people will always remember how they felt after interacting with you / your product / your service. Great service creates a positive experience, which in turn leads to loyal customers. I enjoy working in entrepreneurial environments, particularly start-ups because of the immense multi-dimensional learning one gains through experience. As an educator, I helped students learn 21st-century skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, research and communication) through an interactive blended learning format. I love to learn different things in a variety of ways. I enjoy reading books on psychology, behavior science and verifying my learning in real-life scenarios. I optimize my commutes by listening to podcasts on a variety of topics including business, marketing, entrepreneurship, sales psychology and strategies, and physical fitness. I am a strong believer in leveraging the collective wisdom and strength of teams through collaboration and creative problem-solving. Within an organization, I enjoy solving challenging business problems and also optimizing systems and processes. As a service professional, I believe in using a customer-centric approach by gaining their perspective to best understand, define and effectively solve the challenges they are facing. Thus creating value. I enjoy taking on the responsibility of new challenges; I believe it builds character. When it comes to achieving goals, I am extremely ambitious and enjoy healthy competition. When I'm not working or learning I spend my time getting stronger at the gym or playing football.
