I am a hard working and highly motivated Regional Account Manager at West One Loans, supporting and working with intermediaries across the South East of the UK. I am a people person who takes the time to understand the Intermediaries that I work with, quickly building rapport that leads to long lasting relationships built upon mutual trust and understanding. Throughout my career, as a NAM and as a BDM, I have been fortunate to have built a high level of knowledge and experience within the financial services industry. I like to share this knowledge and experience to ensure that everyone gets the maximum value out of interactions with myself.I have experience working with lenders in the residential mortgage market as well as the Buy to Let market. This includes working with DA brokers and AR’s. I also have many relationships with Networks, clubs and packagers.In addition I also understand the importance of managing the internal lender relationships. Key stakeholders holders always include sales and operations as well as having strong working relationships with the Underwriters that I work with.I hold the Certificate in Mortgage Planning and Certificate in Equity Release and am passionate about unlocking the property ladder for the under served and those with complex circumstances.
