About David Verban

I have a lengthy history of leading people and organizations to create inclusive, welcoming environments. I have managed large budgets and a range of organizations and departments in both the profit and non-profit worlds. I am a leader, committed to empowering people to invest in a shared vision and do their best work. I am a teacher, committed to learning that brings out the best in people and their communities. I have, throughout my life, worked to support people to live meaningful, self-determined lives by building community and connecting people to their dreams and passions. I have previously done this work as the Director of non-profit agencies, and as a senior leader at TMG, an organization that partners with people across Wisconsin to improve the quality of their health and long-term care. I am currently a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Earlier in my career, I worked in supported employment, and as an advocate for children and adults with disabilities and their families. I am also an educator and I taught at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
