I love to design things from high-level strategic/systemic perspective up to the nitty-gritty details of execution. I enjoy working in culturally diverse environments and being surrounded by people with different skills & traits. I prefer to lead by example and show my team that ownership and accountability are tangible things. I love to see my team grow and their careers take off into the sky!
