It wasn’t easy breaking into the real estate business in the middle of a major foreclosure crisis. In 2010, most of my business was helping folks avoid foreclosure by short selling their homes. Those were trying times, and certainly no bed of roses for many Valley residents. A most miraculous thing happened though. I quickly discovered that helping people with the same professional assistance, representation, and keen attention to details was never more in need and rewards were everywhere. Helping people in a crisis situation, affording them a piece of mind was the kindest thing I could have done and they never forgot it. Today, I help many families buy and sell property because of their desire not desperation. I simply love the network of friends/colleagues that I’ve been a part of since 1987. I’m thrilled partake in such a powerful synergy that exists here. It’s the friendly people within these city limits that make Scottsdale a fantastic city to call home. Full of mature neighborhoods, as well as many new developments, in Scottsdale, there is a home for every lifestyle, and it is my pleasure to help my clients find it. Old Town, has again become a destination city for both full-time residents and seasonal visitors alike. In fact, my vacation, rental side of the business has seen incredible growth as our area continues to grow in popularity as a winter destination.
