Many years at 3M corp. have given me a solid level of knowledge about corporate governance, various business models and industries. Times when working for owners/founders and with start-ups showed me a totally different side of a business world. International assignments and e.g. acquisitions were my lessons learned about the importance of company culture. Since 2015 I have been actively mentoring and coaching, speaking, running workshops on various subjects (see below). I help companies and their boards to create innovative and agile company cultures based on creativity and humanity. I help executives and teams to become their best. In 2022 I have accepted a role of Chief People & Culture Officer in the truly most advanced, purpose driven Bank in the Czech Republic. 3 years with ČS made me a true HR function evangelist.
