I have a bachelor's degree in Sales and Selling Management, with a minor in Management, from Purdue University. My core competencies include lead nurturing, communication, and problem-solving.In my current role, I leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer data and boost sales opportunities. I also expand the customer base by generating leads via cold calls, emails, and Salesforce. I have effectively qualified over 100 leads, ensuring that the sales team focused their efforts on high-potential prospects, resulting in a 25% increase in conversion rates. I proactively identify and address customer objections and concerns, demonstrating my communication and problem-solving skills. I am motivated by the challenge of finding and engaging new customers, and I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team.
