About David W. Boggan

As a Board-Certified Master Arborist, I have been based in the Pacific Northwest since September 2020, specializing in post-fire tree assessments and utility arboriculture, with a focus on mitigating wildfire tree risk. Additionally, I run a part-time tree consulting practice in Leeds, Alabama, where I leverage my diagnostic skills to address complex tree health issues. With over on-site tree consultations, primarily with homeowners, I have established a reputation as a leading consulting arborist in the Birmingham, Alabama area. My background includes over 12.5 years of experience managing arboricultural and horticultural teams. In this role, I implement operational standards, provide personnel training, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes while effectively managing performance challenges. My expertise is rooted in a combination of formal education, gained through evening classes at a local two-year college, and extensive hands-on experience in the fields of horticulture and arboriculture. This journey has been characterized by a commitment to ongoing learning and a willingness to undertake innovative and challenging projects within the industry.
