About David Wahedi

I have two passions in life: Sales and Engineering, and I acknowledge both as Art and Science. My engineering background and experience in the field allow me to apply engineering principles to both fields.As an Engineer I help my customers to build better and safer cars. Critical trends in autonomous vehicle technology, vehicle electrification, and the connected car are presenting new test challenges beyond the here and now. The quickly evolving technology landscape increases the pressure on any test schedule and requirements. By following a process, I provide the equipment (software, services, systems) needed to overcome the pressure of these rapidly changing test requirements. I use principles to get to the root cause of the problem, facilitating the discovery of alternative solutions.I am skilled in the art of planning, designing and managing professional conversations to build stronger, more influential relationships following a process that helps people on these 3 key steps:1) Identify WHAT is needed,2) Help to figure out WHY change is needed, and3) Providing Methods, Tools and Process to learn HOW to apply what's been learned.The following are qualifications that can summarize my modus operandi:• Status quo challenger: look for better ways to achieve and exceed the goals set• Mindset of a Consultant: guide the customer to find the solution• Attitude: optimistic, always looking at the bright side of things and situations• Resilient: I don’t give up easily on goals I want to achieve• Teamwork oriented: bring other team members as each opportunity requires• Entrepreneur Mindset: work without the need of direct supervision• Thirsty for knowledge: I enjoy learning new methods and technologies
