With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, I am a forward-thinking and passionate program manager who leads cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems and deliver strategic initiatives. I hold a PSM, and an MBA, and I have a proven track record of applying Agile principles and practices to manage projects in a dynamic and uncertain environment. I am motivated by a strong sense of care for people and a desire to make a positive impact on their health and well-being. That is why I chose to work at Abbott, a global leader in healthcare innovation. I also value the opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives and to build trust and collaboration among team members. This is what inspired me to take a career break and spend two years with my son, teaching him various skills and helping him develop his emotional literacy. I believe that these experiences have enriched my professional and personal growth, and have prepared me to face new challenges with agility and resilience.
