As the Managing Director at Tier3Tech Support, I leverage my 10+ years of experience and expertise in cloud computing, managed IT and telephony services to help Irish SMEs maximise their business and technology efficiencies with the Microsoft Suite of cloud services. Tier3Tech Support is an upcoming cloud optimisation business that specialises in Microsoft 365, Teams and Azure, offering clients tailored solutions that match their future needs and goals. My mission is to enable a seamless and successful transition to cloud technologies for my clients, delivering high-quality solutions, managing teams and clients and achieving customer satisfaction and recognition in the industry. Previously, I oversaw the service levels and customer satisfaction of cloud computing, managed IT and telephony services at Radius Technologies, where I also managed the delivery and solution teams. I also co-founded and served as the Director and Senior Business Consultant at CloudStrong, which was acquired by Arkphire, the largest IT Provider in Ireland, in 2018. Additionally, I was a National Council Member at ISME Ireland, the independent voice of SMEs in Ireland, for four years. I have a strong background in business computing, digital commerce and strategic management, as well as extensive skills in new business development and customer relationship management. I am passionate about exploring and assimilating the latest cutting-edge technologies, enabling me to leverage them effectively for the benefit of my esteemed clients. I am also committed to excellence, innovation and collaboration in the cloud computing industry.
