These accolades have contributed to the substantial growth being enjoyed by the firm across Australia.Delivered on high-value projects that have contributed to the firm’s profitability and brand positioning. This includes leading the RSM External Audit Services team to deliver on financial statement audit of large enterprises such as Synergy and Western Power on behalf of the WA Auditor General; working with the RSM Corporate Finance team in conducting due diligence services that helped Kalium Lakes Limited (ASX: KLL) to raise $61 million in capital; and leading the RSM Risk Advisory Services team in providing ATCO Australia with carbon emissions services.As Global Chair of the RSM Transnational Assurance Services Executive Committee, led in the design of policies that enhanced the quality-of-service delivery across the globe. This included guiding the delivery of global quality programs and in-country participation as team leader to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of audit services; assessing the value proposition of proposed RSM members firms through analysis of key performance indicators such as clientele mix, engagement risk and market share; and reviewing the adherence to international best practice. As a result, RSM Assurance Services is achieving the highest levels of credibility in the industry and RSM has maintained its market leadership in audit, tax and consulting services.
