About David Wallbridge

Chartered Construction professional with several years of experience in Contract Management/Employers Agent and project management roles, advising clients on development opportunities from acquisition through to post-occupation. I am committed to delivering quality projects for all of our clients at the highest level of service and value. I have worked on a wide variety of schemes, from those focused on specific end user needs and small bespoke developments, to large scale new developments and regenerations schemes in both the Public and Private sectors ranging from 250K to 25m. I also have a background in providing advice and Building Surveying services in a range of sectors from Social Housing, Leisure to Healthcare. Having had the opportunity to run my own independent Practice and Development Company in the past has given me a unique perspective, appreciation and understanding for all roles involved in the development process. Now working within the Ridge Partnership, predominantly with public sector clients, I am focused on developing and maintaining a strong sense of client satisfaction and integrity. The aim is to create long lasting relationships and provide a bespoke service tailored to meet our clients needs.
