About David Ward

Day to day, David, serves as a Assistive Technology instructor at the New Vision Program at Goodwill. He's also the host of the Echo Tips Podcast. David has experience in the following area's: IT Security, Network Administration, Computer Repair, and App Development. He is an A+, Network+, and Security+ certified IT professional. Additionally, he is a CTT+ certified trainer and has taught ITF+ certification classes for Goodwill's CiT Program. David is familiar with AT solutions on iOS, Mac OS, Google's Android OS, and Microsoft Windows. This includes screen reader and Low-Vision software. David also has worked with on iOS & Web App development. He has experience with BASH and PowerShell scripting. Implementing security procedures, SSL/TLS implementation, DNS filtering (OpenDNS or DNSMasq), OTP solutions, Access Controls, S/MIME & PGP, and Hashing validation techniques.
