Hello, thank you for taking a look at my profile. I spend most of my days virtually training both new and experienced salespeople, supporting them to improve their skills, knowledge and behaviours to achieve and exceed their targets and KPI's. The training saves time by addressing old habits and creating new effective ways of working alongside a growth mind-set. The Pareto tools and methodologies give practical top tips to make the most out of every customer interaction. My passion is DISC psychometric training, helping people to identify their preferred style to work and communicate. DISC is a tool to help Managers recognise the different behaviours of others so they can adapt their approach and get the most out of every interaction. I also work with many individuals and businesses to help them find their direction through Goal Mapping, a visual tool which works with the sub-conscious. Curious to know more?
