About David Waters

I have predominantly worked in the food industry as a junior sous chef, but I also have experience in retail management and recruitment. I am looking to get into the IT industry as it is something I have always had an interest in and I am keen to professionally establish myself and expand my skillset. I recently graduated from an IT Technician Traineeship specialising in troubleshooting hardware and software issues through a series of courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, practical work and official certifications. I am well disciplined and able to work under tight time constraints and a lot of pressure. I am also trained in customer service so I have good people skills and can remain positive and polite even in more difficult situations. I look forward to taking my first step into a serious career in the IT industry.
