With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Master Trainer at Life Time Inc, where I help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I hold multiple credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist, and MMA Conditioning Specialist. I have a unique expertise in mixed martial arts conditioning and coaching, which allows me to create innovative and challenging workouts for my clients. I also have a strong background in social media marketing and time management, which I use to promote my personal brand and grow my client base. I am motivated by the mission of Life Time to inspire healthy and happy lives, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role as a Master Trainer, I not only provide personalized and effective training sessions to my clients, but also mentor, support, and develop other fitness professionals in the club. I have achieved outstanding results in sales referrals, client retention, and program quality, ranking as the #1 in the company for APTLs in March 2022. I was also part of the grand opening team for the club, and I led the team in the 60 Day Fall Flex challenge, placing #2 in the Desert market and 8th overall in the company. I am always looking for new ways to improve my skills and knowledge, and I regularly participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, strategic forecasting, and growth strategies.
