Drawing from a diverse background in program management, business strategy, and project coordination, my career journey over the last seven years has been at the intersection of collaboration, leadership, and tangible impact. My academic foundation in business and strategy provided the perfect springboard to dive into sectors where streamlining was paramount. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with incredible teams developing transformative initiatives that have made a tangible difference in people’s lives. I had my most recent win as a Program Manager, where I led the successful launch of the digital health product, to a new corporate account. The success of this project, marked by an 85.5% activation rate, attests to the fact that amazing things can happen when diverse minds come together. The experience of leading cross-functional programs with a remote, distributed team and working alongside various teams to develop project timelines was nothing short of enriching. Now, as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with the Green Belt in progress, I am keen on exploring new avenues to streamline processes and drive efficiency in mission-critical functions. Every program is a learning experience and an opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Through effective communication and a collaborative spirit, I aim to continue building effective and streamlined programs with real-world impact. And I am always on the lookout for challenging new opportunities that keep me on my toes. I am true partner who works to develop and align strategies with business goals, corporately and operationally, using an approachable style, strong emotional intelligence, high energy, and a sense of humor. My focus continues to be on establishing, streamlining, and enhancing the workforce to overcome long-term inefficiencies and increase internal and external customer satisfaction.
