I strive to promote a culture of safety in the workplace by fostering a sense of mutual respect to build engaged and high-performing teams amidst rapid corporate transformation. By consistently evaluating risk profiles, I create policies, procedures, standards, and training materials to provide proactive risk management solutions for strategic clients. This allows me to introduce systems that enable operations in legal and ethical compliance with regard to EHS issues. This can be seen throughout my career where I’ve optimized claims processing functions and collaborated with key stakeholders ensure all teams are abreast of emerging technologies and initiatives. Looking towards the future, I’m excited to continue to identify and assess risk stemming from operational exposures, and build strategic roadmaps/solutions to lead development and expansion in line with organizational goals and initiatives.
