I have long been aware of the importance of humanities'​ need for safe, healthy and environmentally friendly homes, I like using my talents and experience to contribute to building homes that are easy to maintain, environmentally safe and economically to build. and affordable. SweetHeart Homes Inc. Healthy Home Designed 30 sustainable homes based on the evaluation of over building products for environmental compliance, durability, cost-effective and energy-efficiency. In association with Canadian Home Builders'​ Association (CHBA) skillfully built a prototype of an energy-efficient environmentally ‘save’ home near Middleton, Idaho. conserving materials and advanced hypoallergenic features, i.e. Heritage Homes, Little Rock, AK, residential structural steel, Icynene spray foam insulation, vanEE air quality controls, HEPA filtration system & Wirsbo in-the-floor heating controls. Under the Canadian program effectively used Hot energy analysis and design software for over 2 years to analysis and evaluate individual building designs for safe, healthy and energy efficient housing. Advanced CHBA agenda of reduce, reuse and recycle as routine site management. Utilized environmentally friendly site and landscaping skills developed from 5 years of construction management at SweetHeart Homes and 5 years of horticultural management at Hot Springs State Park.
