I am a sales manager and account manager and my specialty is helping business units gain financial and operational access to achieve goals and meet customer requirements. I have experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, disposable and capital equipment sales. I do this by developing relationships with customer in the C and D levels at health systems. I leverage my experience and the resources that I have available to me. That includes sales teams, clinical experts and financial budgets. I have been successful because of my ability to follow up, follow through and communicating frequently with the team members. I have a strong leadership training and especially leading without authority skills. I have spent time in 1st line sales management. I am strong at developing account plans, keeping the team accountable and pulling through. My goal is always to identify customer needs and find solutions. What’s unique about me and my approach is using my skills to find new and unique ways to reach the customer. I have a very diverse resume that gives me skills that other applicants won’t have.
