In my current role I serve as the Production Manager of the Blum Shaped Charge Plant in Blum Texas for DynaEnergetics US, Inc. I was involved in the construction and commissioning of the new plant which was completed in August of 2013. Upon completion of the new faculty I took part in hiring and training of the first shift, bringing production online (qualifying each individual charge type), and now am currently bringing a second shift online to be running at full capacity by years end.
