With nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction industry I have developed my career to become a well established Senior Site Manager, My trade background comes from being highly skilled in all aspects of carpentry and many associated trades. Working on traditional oak timber framing I developed the passion of a true craftsman with a unique skill set that is the foundation of my career. My experience as a tradesmen has allowed me to strategically lead and manage different projects of all sizes and transfer those multifaceted skills into Management and leading projects from conception through to completion. Having managed across various sectors, such as residential, listed buildings, high end and super-prime,office to residential and some commercial works. I am able to identify and resolve inefficient operation processes. I am a facilitator which ensures very effective team work practices and helps drive the team forward. Working from detailed architectural plans, managed contracts and individual design builds. I am a leader and a strong team player who is able to manage and develop various professionals to deliver projects to achieve high end results. SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid, NVQ6 Diploma in Construction Management
