The opportunity to work with different cultures and nationalities has grounded my appreciation of the potential difficulties of working within a diverse cultural organisation, however I have relished the challenge to produce regional variations of projects to accommodate others needs. Having worked for more than 15 years in international channel management and sales in the Storage and Telecoms sectors I have a strong understanding of budget and campaign management and am well versed at measurement and ownership of associated targets.
