Unique experience working at both high tech, global EV start-ups (currently at Lucid Motors) and at large, global OEMs (21+ years at GM), with 14 years’ experience in Operations (high volume vehicle manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain) and 12 years’ experience in Strategy / Product Planning (business planning / senior leader support, program management, product research, budgets, and portfolio). Very comfortable working with strong cross functional teams and suppliers on cost, launch, and first-to-market technologies that dramatically impact performance and customer experience. This includes the first-to-market full LED Headlamp on the Cadillac Escalade and the first-to-market full LED, Micro Lens Array Headlamp on the Lucid Air (MotorTrend Car of the Year). Credentials include a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue, 2 MS degrees (MS Operations and MS Manufacturing) from Kettering, and an ASCM CPIM certification.
