I am a people-first, outcome-driven CS leader with 14+ years of experience helping companies grow through strategic customer engagement, retention, and expansion. Over the past handful of years at Vonage, I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives across our Mid-Market and Enterprise segments—partnering closely with senior leadership to shape customer strategy, preserve and unlock revenue, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Currently, I work side-by-side with leadership to drive customer success strategy, focusing on everything from forecasting and product alignment to at-risk revenue recovery and upsell opportunities. The result? More than $50M in ARR retained or grown through thoughtful migrations, analytics rollouts, and targeted efforts into our existing customer base. I’ve also led high-performing CS teams comprised of both Enterprise and Mid-Market CSMs, consistently exceeding goals with a clear focus on development, collaboration, and delivering real value to customers. My background in SaaS and -aaS industries gives me a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, and I love digging into the data to find the next opportunity to elevate customer experience, value, and benefit. Above all, I’m passionate about building trust—within teams, across departments, and with customers—and believe that’s the key to long-term success.
