I'm a highly motivated MCP with skills on Microsoft Windows and SQL Server, and a working knowledge of Oracle within an ERP business software environment, I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to customers and colleagues alike with over 18 years’ experience of the Agresso Business World software delivery and working across all business sectors. I have shown myself to be flexible, organised, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure. My technical background provides a clear logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and the drive to see things through to completion. This is supported by a broad knowledge of the planning, installation, training, upgrade and maintenance of the Agresso (Unit4) ERP systems on the Microsoft platform. As a Principal Technical Consultant I proactively take responsibility. I am a team player helping, inspiring and mentoring new colleagues and building relationships that deliver significant value to UNIT4 and customers.
