I am an operations/production management professional that has been a successful leader of change and improvement in multiple industries for over 29 years. I am a flexible and dependable performer. At Vincit Group Chemicals as Plant Manager, I was responsible for 2 shifts of approximately 250 employees. My core strengths include LEAN manufacturing, certified (high-level) Leadership training, flexible off-shift leadership/management, and excellent communication skills. I have achieved a strong record of cost reduction, achieving production output goals, and process improvement. I have worked for a variety of industries providing multiple services and products;(eg: automotive, 3rd party electronics, storage/logistics, chemical production, extrusion of plastic products (automotive and industrial containers), production and packing healthcare products. I effectively drive culture change throughout organizations by presenting core values in a classroom setting, training new onboards, combining departmental functions, and aligning staffing to deliver productivity improvements.
