My training in Computer System Technology and Accounting combined with years of I.T. experience provide me a unique breadth of knowledge and experience: • Experience in providing technical and application supports and provide application training to clients. • Provide application related support and trouble shooting. • Several years of working experience with IBM Iseries/PC based applications: A/R, A/P, Inventory, G/L, Invoicing and internal auditing. • Experience in coordinating and participating in the development and implementation of application system changes and enhancements for clients. • Perform user acceptance testing to confirm functionality changes/enhancements and conformance to development standard. • Enjoy analyzing business problems and finding innovative solutions. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Resolve client issues in a timely fashion, initiate functionality changes at the client’s request, i.e. define problem and propose resolution. • Exceptional time management and effective communication skills with clients. • The ability to understand and align information technology with business issues and needs. • Solid understandings of business related issues around operating processes. • Self-motivated and work well independently as well as in a team environment. • Eager and willing to learn, highly adaptable and flexible in a changing environment.
