David has been one of the assessors for directors of SOE since 2020. He was a board member of IDX listed company. Managed employees, 125 branches in charge for human capital management and general services. Led HR transformation projects in a Thai conglomerate. David was the managing director of TRANSEARCH International for Indonesia, a global executive search firm in UK. He has hired many top executives since 1995. Many has been at board level now in financial services, FMCG, media, manufacturing, IT, unicorns, start up and big local corporate groups. David founded and is the CEO of Davehunt International, a company with service lines in executive search, consulting, AI, RPA, HR Tech, and executive education with his high agility and energy, leveraging on his networks with business owners, C level, bankers, VC, PE, tech players and talents. His hobby is in sports and currently lives in Melbourne with his wife and 2 children. David's social works-(2017-2021): co-founded Dads for Life Indonesia, train community leaders on the importance of fathering. The board member for Family First Indonesia and Country Director for ANZ, an NGO whose vision is to strengthen family.
