David is a highly motivated, adaptable, knowledgeable, and influential IT professional. He has held multiple leadership roles in the service design, transition, and operations areas of information technology for multiple large private and public sector companies. David has gained extensive working knowledge in IT Service Management. He provided leadership and direction for multiple implementations of IT Service Management tools including policy and process development for cross functional teams. He is also an expert in managing test environments, quality assurance, and use of automated testing tools. He has significant experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and has worked on projects utilizing different methodologies including waterfall, RAD, RUP and Agile. David has distinguished himself by achieving an ITIL Expert certification by demonstrating excellent knowledge in IT Service Management. David has provided effective leadership as the president for a local Toastmasters club where he obtained competent leader and competent communicator designations. He has also provided coaching with Dale Carnegie's Effective Communications and Human Relationships program where he obtained an innovation award.
