PMO Experience: As IT PMO Director, I defined the vision of systems delivery to achieve business strategy, formalized and centralized PM operations, handled all aspects of PMO start-up and implemented the roadmap, standards and scalable processes to govern a $125M portfolio. Business Acumen and PM Background: Earlier in my career, I served in internal and external consulting capacities and managed a corporate finance and administration, handling payables and receivables under a 9-figure operating budget. I handled extensive contract work/projects, analyzing, outsourcing, auditing, negotiating, and saving tens of thousands of dollars. As an IT PM, I delivered multiple healthcare-management programs for several disease states and currently provide program-management support for large-scale system projects. Leadership: I maintain and instill high standards in my teams. At the same time, I ensure they are equipped for success.
