This curiosity has led to extensive experience in the Canadian and US Forest Products Industry, Banking Industry, Financial Investing, Commercial Properties Ownership, and Leading Nonprofit Organizations. My current employment focus is providing strategic, operational, technical, and financial oversight to the business owner, senior leadership team, and other divisional vice presidents. With direct responsibilities in strategic/tactical business planning, operations, government relations, process improvement, IT management, and R&D lifecycle. Peers often highlight my unique communication skills which has broaden my direct influence. Passionate about people’s success, while growing the business, is what it is all about. Developing first-in-class analytical tools and lean processes to solve complex value chain issues, which is critical to drive profit, improve operational alignment for growth, and increase competitive advantage.
