full cv and list of publications can be found here: http://michem.disat.unimib.it/chm/staff/staff.htm#davide I graduated in Environmental Sciences in 2002 and since then I've been working in chemometrics and Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR). In 2007 I discussed my PhD thesis, carried out at the Department of Food and Microbiological Science and Technology (Università degli Studi di Milano). In between 2005 and 2007 I've been hosted as visiting researcher for nine months at the Spectroscopy and Chemometrics Group (The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Copenhagen). I had a post doctoral grant (2007 – 2010, Università degli Studi di Milano - Bicocca, Italia) for a project for the development of an on-line database of molecular descriptors. Between 2010 and 2014, I hasd a research grant financed by Reach and Colour Italia srl at the Milano Chemometrics and QSAR Research Group (University of Milano - Bicocca) for the quantitative analysis of relationships between molecular structures and toxicological and chemical-physical properties of dyes. I'm currently associate professor in chemometrics, analytical chemistry and Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship at the Mlano Chemometrics and QSAR Research Group (Department of Earth and Environmental Science, University of Milano - Bicocca). I'm author of more than 70 peer reviewed papers published on international scientific journals and I have a continuative activity as referee for several peer reviewed international journals. I'm author of several MATLAB toolboxes for the calculation of multivariate QSAR models.
