I'm a proactive and experienced professional across after sales, customer care and technical assistance in an international context. Focused to achieve customer satisfaction, according to business goals, by establishing an effective communication. Team-oriented leader passionate about collaboration, mentorship and communication ensuring that every team member could be at his best. I like to go home feeling that I've done whatever is necessary to accomplish the mission. After my studies, I've grown my skills in IT, networking and system administration spending eleven years in data centers. After that, I joined the recycling world as a specialist for optical sorters. Spending approximately ten years on the field I learnt how to install, commission, maintain and repair complex equipment as well as optimize industrial sorting processes.
