Creation of training material, in collaboration with the R&D, Marketing, Sales and Assistance departments. • Configuration and management of courses on the LMS platform. • Delivery of product training to internal colleagues, branches and customers • Strong qualities of versatility and adaptability enable me to accustom the content (technical, introductory, etc.) to the type of interlocutor (newly hired technicians, young or old operators, managers, executives, etc.) and the place of training (onsite, remotely, in person). • High time management skills and aptitude for team work • I speak 2 languages: Italian (mothertongue) and English (fluent): I practice running almost every day. I started by covering short distances until I ran 21 km with the aim of doing my first marathon this year. It taught me to adapt to the unexpected to achieve my final goal, without focusing on habits but practicing mental training. Sport in general has taught me discipline, sacrifice and the desire to always create new challenges and goals to achieve.
