I have 14 years of financial accounting and business experience with a deep knowledge of the Italian markets and capital regulations. I have a deep experience in international financial reporting standard working as workstreams leader in many projects. My professional experience includes the following areas: • Experience in managing audit engagement; • Developing project related to the internal controls implementation; • Participation in advisory projects related to the implementation of the internal controls over the financial reporting system; • Assisting Italian entities in the project of converting to IFRS standards; • Advisory projects related to due diligence, fairness opinion, issues of comfort letters.
