In the past eight months, my role as an IT Demand Engineer has involved crafting new IT solutions for manufacturing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints. These efforts have required a deep understanding of hardware and software integration, backed by my hands-on experience in helpdesk support, Azure Active Directory, and Intune device management from my previous role as an IT Support Specialist.
