About Davide Gostoli

As Senior Director IT, International (EMEA & APAC) of FIS (Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.) I transformed FIS from a decentralized structure in 18 countries, 32 cities and 42 offices with more than end-users into one well-integrated structure. This new global IT organization supports multiple financial industry segments with mission critical services. In addition to this internal consolidation and standardization, I created the cloud business infrastructure for a range of business process as a service (BPaaS) and software as a service (SaaS) offering, including BPO for FIS customers worldwide. The IT team under my direct responsibility is composed of several IT specialists with a multi-million budget. Part of my responsibilities are the implementation, the communication and control of the very demanding security processes necessary to protect the employees and the assets of FIS. Another area of my responsibility is to be the site leader of Geneva office, manage Real Estate and Procurement. Thanks to my vast experience in these domains, I was able to materially optimize FIS spending and cashflow and with more than 35 years of international software and services experience and a broad, up to date understanding of technology combined with financial skills, I consistently exceeded my operating targets throughout my career. Last, but not least, my exposure to digital transformation has readied me to drive this mission critical evolution for any company. Speaking three different languages, I am a seasoned leader of diverse multicultural countries and organizations.
