About Davide Greco

I have almost 40 years of experience in the world of economic and financial information, first as a journalist and then as the Founder and CEO of Accento, one of Milan’s leading financial communications agencies. This know-how has allowed me to build and consolidate a wide network of national and international contacts, which includes the journalists of Italy’s most influential newspapers and finance experts working at different levels. During my career, I have supported Banks, Insurances, Private Equity Funds, Asset Management Funds and single managers, both in development situations and in moments of crisis, always ensuring top results under any circumstance. Robust ethical criteria have always inspired my job, helping me find the correct mediation between the interests - which were sometimes divergent - of my different interlocutors. As an independent consultant, I am currently making available this consolidated network and my personal skills for future challenges. In November 2021, I started a new project (https://mediacognition.it/). I had been working on this project for some time with a group of young professionals with technical-scientific skills (Data Scientists, Computer Scientists and Data Visualization Designers). Using Natural Language Processing techniques and Alternative Data, MediaCognition allows to analyse corporate communication by comparing it with that of competitors and clients, evaluating its performance and highlighting the linguistic and emotional trend topics of the period.
