About Davide Grimaldi

As an IT Project Manager and Delivery Leader at Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A, I oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects and products related to planning, engineering, and corporate processes. With a master’s degree in Project Management and another in Digital Innovation & Governance, I possess the skills and knowledge to manage complex and innovative projects that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of infrastructure and transportation systems. In my previous roles at Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A, I contributed to the maintenance management of all Italian highway tunnels, utilizing the TEGI tool, for which I am the Product Owner and IT Leader. I also supported the project management of the Gronda project, a new 65 km long highway. Before joining Autostrade, I gained valuable experience in the metro and bridge construction sectors, working with leading companies such as Sokoed S.p.A, MM S.p.A, and Fincantieri S.p.A. I am passionate about digital transformation and its impact on civil engineering, and I constantly seek new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. Additionally, I enjoy classical music and photography, which inspire me to pursue my personal goals.
