I graduated in economy in 2014, soon after I joined Pirelli Tyre as global utilities and energy buyer after 2 years in that role I moved into CAPEX team as global category CAPEX buyer. Working in the headquarter I had international and multifunctional responsibilities. After 4 years in an automotive company I joined the challenge in ArcelorMittal as Lead CAPEX buyer. ArcelorMittal is a worldwide leader company in steel making. I have experience in management of several M€ of spending in big maintenance as well as in new production lines using and continuously improving new procurement techniques. Working in such a multicultural companies I strengthened my ability to negotiate with international firms and the ability to manage big projects that involve many functions. Proven track records of achieving significant results and continuous by establish new goals and priorities: I use to- manage global sourcing for a set of portfolio categories and control the effective implementation and compliance with group guidelines - Lead international sourcing teams - Act as market intelligence in order to anticipate new opportunities in the market - Negotiate prices and contract with international suppliers - Manage relations with engineering, R&D and operations teams
