Since August 2022, I have been with IWS Consulting S.r.l, where I serve as Chief Software Development Officer since February 2023, with a strong focus on consultancy and project management. My current responsibilities include: Leading project delivery and coordinating working groups. Managing pre-sales activities and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, with a focus on the telecommunications and communications industries. Acting as a Solution Architect, involved in requirements definition, business process analysis, and complex problem-solving. Previously, I worked at Reply Group, a leader in consultancy, Digital Transformation, and systems integration. Throughout my career, I have built a strong technical foundation in Enterprise Systems, Middleware, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and Client/Server applications. My experience includes working on mission-critical systems for major companies such as Omnitel (Vodafone Italy), Blu S.p.A.(British Telecom Group), H3G, Wind S.p.A.(VimpelCom Group), Posteitaliane, and RAI, gaining valuable expertise in Network VAS and SelfCare/eCare functionalities.
