Through my employment experience by now I can confidently say that I have acquired advanced competences in Microsoft windows and Microsoft office- Following my desire to work with people, I have developed formidable social skills working in system management and customer support in the It industry- I have the ability to organize myself, I am able to multitask as well which can increase my work productivity. I think in this field of work it is very important and I can be quite passionate. I know how to talk and approach people with different needs or points of view in order in order to reach a conclusion- I am Ambitious, Calm and Patient. I do not require supervision to get the job done- Excellent at dealing with a high-pressure working environment and stress (I have worked alongside Directors from different countries as well with Board Members)- Excellent at technical problems diagnostic & fixing- Self-organized, self-learning and of course, self-improving- Fluent in English and Romanian ( B2-C2)- Hard-working. More than willing to learn new technologies and about new cultures- Purchase hardware, install it and dispatch it, to welcome a new arrivals.
