About Davide Morelli

I decided to travel around the world in my 20s, which I did for about 9 years. In the meanwhile I studied philosophy at Loyola University Chicago, and developed a great passion for music. In 2022 I became Team Manager for the CRM of Creditsafe Italy, a multinational which is the world leader in Business Intelligence and Credit Management solutions. At the moment I manage a team of about 27 account managers. I am responsible, along with my team, for approximately 13 million Euros of yearly revenues. My role consists of- building team and individual commercial strategies aiming to achieve various KPIs given by the company (portfolio retention, growth, multy-year contracts, and upselling are some of the most important ones)- assisting and coaching each and every Account Manager with regards to costumer care decisions- assessing Account Managers' performances following the company guidelines- communicating with the different department managers within the company so as to partake in rather structured decision-making processes- Working along the other CRM Team Managers and our Department Manager in order to elaborate new Business Intelligence and Credit Management solutions for our clientele (Check and Decide is one of them).
