Senior consultant and project manager for the development of innovative technological projects for telecommunication mobile operators such as Vodafone and Telecom Italia. In Vodafone I dealed with projects to launch new fixed line products dedicated to corporate clients. In Telecom Italia I was the project manager for the implementation of a trial testing and evaluating the performance of a new SON (Self Organizing Network) platform for the planning and the optimization of the radio access network of UMTS and LTE systems. Telecommunication Engineer over the whole world for radio planning and optimization of UMTS and LTE telecommunication mobile systems; RNC operation and maintenance, installation, commissioning and integration on ATM and IP. Research Engineer with direct experience in designing of photonic components and experimental measurements in clean room (high power fiber laser; RF modulated and tunable LASERS; optics; photonics; optical sensors; photodetectors; optical spectrum analyzers; ytterbium and erbium doped fiber; photonic crystal fiber; high power diodes; splicing; high power coupler) and in performing worldwide training sessions at lab.
