Proefficient to manage, reduce and resolve service outages avoiding impact in customer's and internal business. Managing complex situations autonomously in compliance with service contracts, policies and regulamentatory. Simplify relations between internal and external functions. Driving partners, suppliers and outsourcers to focus on proper outage resolution with high customer satisfaction, reducing MTTR and targeting expected SLA. Negotiate critical situations avoiding internal and external conflicts for a constant improve of service.
