About Davide Viale

I have been in the F&B business for 6 years. I started out as a pizza chef, waiter and later as a barman and assistant bar manager. I am a dynamic person, curious, patient, assertive, determined and constantly looking for improvement. Over the years I have acquired know-how that have allowed me to grow personally and professionally in the world of hospitality, allowing me to better manage every situation that presents itself to me; the continuous search for improvement leads me to attend seminars, masterclasses, cocktail competitions and events dedicated to F&B. Currently I am an SSA Certified Sake Sommelier, AIBES Barman Qualified and a Degree in Economics and Management at the University of Ferrara, able to guarantee seriousness, professionalism, commitment and dedication; I am also completing my studies to achieve the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines International Qualification. My intention is to get to cover managerial roles in F&B, precisely to convey the passion for this sector across the company and direct it to continuous research and development of the product / service in order to offer the customer the best possible experience.
