About Davide Zanichelli

Since 2008, I have held various roles at Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions, including Automation Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. In my role as Project Manager, I managed diverse machine systems, overseeing Product Development and Product Development After Launch, quality issues, technical escalations, obsolescence and customizations. My responsibilities involved close collaboration with multiple organizations, driving task forces, and engaging directly with customers during visits and installations. Currently, as the Strategic Deployment Project Manager at Tetra Pak Italiana, I am accountable for the deployment of Tethered Caps in Europe and the overall readiness for key strategic projects. These roles have equipped me with a multidisciplinary background, a keen focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to design innovative solutions creatively. My dedication and performance were recognized with the “Excellence in Transforming the Way We Work” award in 2023. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to be a proficient and motivated employee. I am known for my accuracy, flexibility, and energy. I am always eager to learn from new contexts and thrive in team environments. Motivating, collaborating and developing others are my focus areas in everyday job.
