Engineering came into my life as a tool for transformation — and became my way of creating solid, reliable solutions with real impact on the power industry. I’m a Mechanical Engineer graduated from PUC-Minas, with over 13 years of experience at TSEA Energia (formerly Toshiba South America). Throughout this journey, I’ve developed deep expertise in the design, 3D modeling, and detailing of power transformers and shunt reactors. From the drawing board to the shop floor, I work to ensure each project delivers technical excellence, manufacturing efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards. What sets me apart goes beyond engineering skills — it’s my ability to teach, mentor, and multiply knowledge across teams. I’ve contributed to the training of technicians and interns, leading by example and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes. I was honored with the Best Final Project Award of my class and was selected to participate in the SENAI Knowledge Olympics. I remain committed to continuous learning — because great engineers never stop evolving.
